Refund policy
Photo magnets are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
If you believe there is a defect in your custom-made magnets, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process.
Return Process
Please send an email to theperfectmagnetshop@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please take a close up photo of the front and the back of the defect magnet so it can be assessed and include in your email to us.
Provide your order number and details of the issue with the custom-made magnets.
We will assess your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Conditions for Return (if applicable)
Photo magnets must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
· Any personalized or custom elements of the magnets cannot be altered or modified.
Refund Processing Time
· Refunds will only be issued for photo magnets if there is a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship. Otherwise we will be happy to process your original order at no charge.

For credit card transactions, it typically takes between 3-5 business days. For refunds to a bank account, please allow up to 7-10 business days. These time frames are estimates and depend on your bank or credit card company's policies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
Exchanges
· There are no exchanges of prints. If your order was defective we will be happy to process your original order at no charge.
